Since establishing our Science-Based Targets (SBTi) framework in 2023, CACC has institutionalized structured and measurable emissions tracking across its operational footprint:

• Scope 1 – Direct operational emissions
• Scope 2 – Indirect emissions from purchased energy
• Scope 3 – Value chain emissions

Quarterly monitoring ensures transparency, accountability, and measurable progress toward reducing our overall carbon footprint.

In 2025, CACC achieved a major operational milestone through the full replacement of outdated cool dollies with modern, energy-efficient units. This transition significantly reduced refrigerant leakage, improved temperature control efficiency, and lowered operational emissions.

The company is currently evaluating the transition toward lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerants and exploring alternative green energy solutions to further reduce greenhouse gas emissions across its facilities.

To support near-term climate objectives while long-term structural reductions continue to mature:

• A structured carbon credit purchase plan has been implemented to offset current Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions
• This supports carbon-neutral operations during the transition toward deeper decarbonization

These measures ensure alignment with international best practices while scaling tangible emissions reductions over time.

ESG Governance, Reporting & Transparency

CACC reinforces accountability through a structured ESG governance framework supported by:

• Comprehensive quarterly and annual ESG reporting
• Formal ESG Policy and Environmental & Social Action Plan implementation
• Ongoing review of governance practices and sustainability performance metrics
